3. Appointment and Consultation Terms

3.1 Booking Appointments

All consultations and fittings require advance booking through our website or direct contact. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $100. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

3.3 Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are complimentary. Follow-up consultations and fittings may incur fees based on the complexity of the service required.

4. Bespoke Order Terms

4.1 Order Process

All bespoke orders require:

• 50% deposit upon order confirmation
• Remaining balance due upon completion
• Signed agreement outlining specifications and timeline

4.2 Production Timeline

Production times vary by complexity and current workload. Typical timelines are 6-12 weeks for standard pieces and 12-16 weeks for complex designs. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4.3 Alterations and Modifications

Minor alterations are included in the original price. Significant modifications may incur additional charges. All alterations must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
