4. Delivery Locations

Standard delivery takes place at our boutique location: 1015 L Street, 8th Floor, Suite 820, Capitol Plaza.

4.2 Off-Site Delivery

For VIP clients or special circumstances, we may arrange off-site delivery at your preferred location. Additional fees may apply.

5. Return Policy for Bespoke Items

Due to the custom nature of our bespoke creations, we have a limited return policy:

Bespoke items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is standard in the luxury bespoke fashion industry.

• During Production: 50% of total order value
• After Production: No refund available
